General Shipping Information
-We work to ship orders the same or next business day after the order has been placed. This may exclude holidays or weekends.
-Tracking for you order will be emailed to you as soon as your package has been shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.
-We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdilivered packages. We are also not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at the time of checkout. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address when purchasing your items! If an item has been delivered, please check with your neighbors, attendants, housing mail centers to make sure they didn't receive the item by mistake. Please feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service at this time. All tracking information was sent in to an email used at checkout.

-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
-If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
